Private 12-week coaching for accomplished men who need to regain clarity, rebuild self-trust, and take command of their next season after rejection, loss, failure, or a major life transition.
Apply for the B.I.G. ShiftYou may still be performing.
You may still be producing.
People may still rely on you.
But privately, you know something has changed.
The role ended. The relationship shifted. The opportunity closed. The old definition of success stopped working. The confidence you once relied on no longer feels stable. You are not incapable. You are at a crossroads — and the version of you that survived the previous season may not be equipped to lead the next one.

Duché Bradley survived abandonment, incarceration, rejection, reinvention, elite environments, fatherhood, faith, and leadership. He never met his father. He chose his own name. He rebuilt his identity from the ground up — more than once.
For over 20 years he has carried one message into prisons, pulpits, boardrooms, and campuses: you are not what happened to you. The B.I.G. Shift is that message turned into a structured, private, accountable process for men in transition.
Strength without hardness. Emotional depth without instability. Faith without performance. Accountability without humiliation.
The B.I.G. Shift begins with a comprehensive assessment. If either Duché or the client determines during the first seven days that coaching is not the appropriate form of support, the engagement may be ended and the unused portion refunded.
It begins when you decide that the previous chapter will no longer lead you. Apply for a private B.I.G. Shift Assessment.
Applications are reviewed personally. Qualified applicants are invited to a private assessment call.
