By accessing or using duchebradley.com (the “Site”), registering for a webinar, submitting an inquiry or application, or participating in any program offered by Duché Bradley (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Duché Bradley provides keynote speaking, workshops, webinars, and coaching focused on identity, leadership, and personal development. Coaching and speaking content is educational and motivational in nature. It is not therapy, counseling, medical care, mental-health treatment, or legal or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for professional services. If you are experiencing a crisis or need clinical support, please contact a licensed professional or emergency services.

Personal and professional outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your own effort and circumstances. Testimonials and examples on the Site reflect individual experiences and are not promises of specific results.

Webinar registrations provide access to scheduled live sessions; schedules and platforms (such as Zoom) may change. Coaching engagements, including the B.I.G. SHIFT™, are governed by a separate coaching agreement provided at enrollment, including payment, cancellation, and confidentiality terms. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.

By submitting your contact information, you consent to receive communications from us related to your request, including email and SMS confirmations and reminders. You may opt out at any time (reply STOP to SMS, or use the unsubscribe link in emails).

Donations made through the Site support 220 Life and are processed by PayPal under its own terms. Unless otherwise stated, donations are non-refundable. For questions about a donation, contact us.

All content on the Site — including text, frameworks (such as T.H.I.N.K. B.I.G., B.I.G. SHIFT™, and P.R.A.Y. B.I.G.), logos, images, and video — is owned by or licensed to Duché Bradley and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to disrupt it, scraping content, submitting false information, or infringing the rights of others.

The Site links to third-party services (such as Zoom, PayPal, and social media platforms). We are not responsible for their content or practices; your use of them is governed by their own terms.

The Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Duché Bradley and his team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or participation in programs. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, for the service giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision, and continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
